REVENGA Smart Solutions was chosen for the award in the category of Technology companies in the 1st Forbes-Credit Suisse Sustainability Awards.
These awards are given to recognize the trajectory and effort of Spanish family-owned businesses (SMEs and large companies) that work with the commitment to develop business policies that are concerned with the principles of environmental impact, social and good governance.
The awards were given by a large specialized panel of judges that first selected the 30 finalists from the more than 250 candidate companies. In the second round, a delegation of the judges visited our offices to personally interview the company’s management, in order to evaluate the detail and scope of our commitment to promoting sustainability.
The awards were divided by industry and, in addition to the “Technology” category in which we won the award, companies were also selected from the Energy, Textile, Industrial, Agricultural, Food, Tourism and Pharmacy sectors. Other award-winning companies included Melia, Grifols, Tous, Cosentino and the Osborne Group.
Andrés Rodríguez, President of SpainMedia and Editor of Forbes Spain, noted that “in a changing society, both Forbes and Credit Suisse wanted to recognize the most innovative and impactful business solutions that are aimed at contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, and also to continue improving the lives of all human beings”.
